Khalil Melhem Law Firm represents local and international clients in Lebanon in all aspects of legal matters. The firm has connections with several international law firms, exchanging law practice and expertise.

The firm’s experience is in general corporate law and trade disputes, including franchise and commercial representation, insurance and re-insurance matters, bankruptcy cases, and real estate.

We serve as outside counsel for international law firms in support of litigation, regulatory actions and compliance matters in Lebanon and other jurisdictions.

Khalil Melhem, before establishing his own law firm in mid-2013, was the senior lawyer and manager of Hanna, Harfouche, Boulos and Sanbar law offices in Beirut, Lebanon, for 19 years.

Previously, he served as a junior and then became the senior lawyer and manager of the Beirut office of Joseph E. Rizkallah law firm for 13 years.
